Skilled bricklayers are needed to build these new tanks.

 

MAJI Blocks have been designed by expert engineers in the UK. The blocks, built on a concrete base of specific dimensions, interlock and are held in place by a concrete filling. The dimensions of the tank are tested by specialist engineers to ensure that the water load does not create leakage. Your tank will not leak or buckle as it is constructed by fundis trained by us and supervised by an experienced water engineer.

To set up a proper water collection system, it is vital to put up gutters on the roof to catch and store water to alleviate shortages. Pipes feed roof water via a filtration system into your tank. Or you can store town water, so that when there are shortages due to cuts in electricity, you can still have a longer-term, reliable supply. It is also possible to use solar operated pumps to ensure a constant supply of water. We also advise on farm irrigation systems.

In order to make optimum use of water sources at your place MAJI Block technicians will make a water catchment assessment in order to establish the minimum or maximum size tank needed. Our tanks vary in size from 20 - 100 m3. MAJI Block will also advise you on the installation of water gutters on your roof.
